Manny is a wonderful horse with a compassionate soul.He can act like a real tough guy, but when you get to know him you will find that he really is a sweetheart.Manny enjoys relaxing with his friends and is often seen taking naps in the shade on a hot day.He likes to stay close to his friends because he really enjoys spending time with them.Manny is also very curious and likes to know what you are doing.He usually will join in because he likes to be a part of what is going on around him.Manny also enjoys getting hugs, being groomed, rolling in the dirt, and occasional trail rides.Manny tends to be very willing to be apart of what ever you ask him.Mostly he just wants to spend time with you.
Eeyore
Eeyore Eeyore may stand alone often, but he is not a lonely horse.In fact, Eeyore is not a horse, he is a mule.He is one of the most special of Chaps equine counselors as he is comfortable being alone.It is unnatural for horses to stand alone; but Eeyore accepts it.He teaches that one doesn’t have to be identified with a group to be identified.However Eeyore would probably not like me telling his secret as he likes to remain a mystery.Eeyore has an incredible memory and will never forget you once you have met him.He also loves to go on trail rides stepping up to the front to lead.Like we said; a mystery!
Abby
Abby Abby is a bouncing, babbling ball of fur tucked into a small package; she is a miniature horse.Abby loves to run and run and run.Chaps staff is not convinced that Abby realizes she is so small, she acts so big!Abby is not intimidated by anyone or anything and does not care to be looked down upon because of her size.If Abby wants to get her way she will persist; she doesn’t take to anyone standing in her way.Abby uses her gift of persistence to teach people and she is very good at it.Abby loves being a teacher and working at Chaps; she also loves having her hair braided.
Brownie
Brownie Brownie is an average size horse with one huge spirit.He enjoys people and clearly loves his job as a counselor.Brownie appears to have the wonderful ability to entertain and provide comedic relief in order to make people smile and laugh.He is highly entertaining, he loves to play games.He is also very aware of his surroundings; he acts as the ‘look out’ for the herd, constantly watching for threats or danger.He loves to lay down and role in the sand; he can role all the way over to his other side!Brownie also loves to go for trail rides, carrying a rider who loves to be entertained and talked to for the entire ride.
Gilligan

Gilligan is a kind, gentle soul; he loves people and animals.Gilligan is a very laidback horse, but not lazy.Gilligan loves trail rides and running, in fact, he used to be a race horse!Gilligan is very accepting of life’s experiences whether they are positive or negative.Gilligan doesn’t like to complain or focus on the negative; he simply accepts what life gives him.Gilligan’s philosophy is to live in the moment; he insists that there is no other way to live.His manner of teaching his philosophy is to just BE with individuals, in the moment.He understands people inside and out; he also understands how hard it is for humans to learn to live in the moment.Looking into Gilligan’s eyes is similar to having your soul examined.He sees everything about a person and allows everything about that person to just BE; Gilligan teaches by example.
